Whenever any payments are due throughout the booking of your trip, you will be required to submit a credit card authorization. This will allow us to submit the payments on your behalf. We will make sure you are aware of the awaiting authorizations. You will find the link to the authorization(s) at the top of your itinerary below our contact information.
Simply click on the "Authorize Payments" button and follow the instructions on that page to provide your credit card authorization for us to apply your payment information.

Please note that with dynamic pricing in the industry (especially among the hotel brands), you may be required to resubmit your credit card authorization if the pricing was changed between the time you received your quote and the time you submitted your credit card authorization. K&G Travel will do their best to ensure that the pricing on the quote is the current price. However, prices are subject to change until the booking process is complete.
